Exclusions

Repairs for items exposed to improper care (e.g., water damage, chemical exposure, neglect) are not eligible for repairs under this policy. Items altered, repaired or crafted by third parties are not eligible for repairs under this policy.

Repair Process

3. Shipping

  • Once approved, package the item securely to prevent further damage during transit.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
  • The cost of return shipping will be reflected in the repair fee.

4. Repair Completion

Repairs typically take 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity.
